Reservations / Cancellations

What are the cancellation fees, and when are they enforced?: Cancellation fees apply as follows.
3 days before reservation: 30% of room rate / 1 day before reservation: 50% of room rate / Day of reservation: 100% of room rate
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?: Yes, HOTEL KUU KYOTO is wheelchair accessible. The hotel also includes two wheelchair-accessible lavatories. The hotel staff is also happy to help with room location requests and other support requests. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance.

Check-in / Check-out

What time is check-in and check-out?: Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am.
Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?: Yes, luggage collection services are available.
The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Feel free to inquire.
Is early check-in possible?: We apologize, but check-in time is only available from 3:00 pm.
However, we do offer luggage collection services for guests arriving earlier.
Is late check-out possible?: Late check-out may be possible depending on the reservation situation for that day.
To request a late check-out, please contact the front desk on the applicable day.

Rooms

Are smoking rooms available?: We apologize for the inconvenience, but all of our rooms are non-smoking. However, a smoking room is available on the first floor.
What amenities are available in the room?: Room amenities include shampoo, rinse, body soap, bar soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving razors, hair brush, towels, bath towels, nightwear, slippers, hair bands, and cotton swabs.
Are yukata/pajamas available for young children? What sizes are available?: We have children’s S, M, and L sizes. We also offer LL and 3L sizes for adults.

Hotel Facilities

Is a coin-operated laundry available?: A coin-operated laundry corner can be found in the EAST building (2F).
Two washing machines and two dryers are available.
*Fees apply. (Detergent is provided free of charge.)
Is there a dedicated smoking room or space available?: All of the rooms are non-smoking.
However, a smoking room is available along the passageway between WEST building 1F and EAST building 1F.
Is Wi-Fi available?: Free Wi-Fi connectivity is offered throughout the hotel.
Are rent-a-cycles (bicycles) available?: HOTEL KUU KYOTO does not offer rent-a-cycle services. We apologize for the inconvenience.
However, rent-a-cycle shops are available nearby. Our staff will be happy to direct you. For more information, ask the front desk.

Restaurant

Are chairs for children available at the restaurant?: Yes, the restaurant offers child-sized chairs.
However, because the supply is limited, please be sure to request in advance.

Access / Parking

How do I get to the hotel from Kyoto Station?: The hotel is located 7 minutes north of Kyoto Station along Karasuma-dori Street on foot (3 minutes by car).

Is parking available?: The hotel does not offer a dedicated parking area. Please use coin-operated parking spaces nearby.
Is there a convenience store located nearby?: Yes, there is. The nearest one is located about 2 minutes from the hotel on foot.
